The Weekend Plan - It's the festive season and I am beginning to feel all packed!
For a start, I might be attending an opening for Overtime Pub at Dempsey Hill this Thursday evening.
Heard from CX that Taiwanese celeb Lin Chi-lin will be the special guest so that's an additional incentive to attend. If I do go, I'd post pics of the place up though nothing's confirmed yet...
Then on Friday, it's half day for me cos the lady boss's treating the department to lunch and a pretty good one at that - hi tea at Marriott Hotel. =) Nice. Just checked, it costs $30-39 per pax for the hi tea...hmmm didn't know that devil's so generous. Or maybe she can claim from the company? Anyway that should end around 6 and then most likely heading down to Shanghai Dolly for dinner with me classmates.
Not sure how I'm gonna continue eating but we'll see how on the day itself. In between the time while I'm at Shanghai Dolly, CX and friends including Kb should be meeting up for dinner somewhere so I'd either join them after that or skip Shanghai altogether and join them instead. Again, I think I'd decide on the day itself.
Pretty hectic I'd think and not too sure if I'd enjoy the rushing. But I'd definitely meet my Kb and head down to our usual weekend hangout at Peony Palace. It's either mahjong or poker till the wee hours and then recuperate on Saturday afternoons. AND it's not over yet.
I have a football game at Pasir Ris with Parkview Penguins in the late afternoon and looking at my plans on Friday, I wonder how I'd be up for the game. Not too familiar with the guys since I'm new to the team but I'm thinking I'd need a game of football.
So, when the game ends, that should be it. No more plans for the rest of the weekend. Might have some adhoc stuff after the game but Sunday should and hopefully will be a relaxing day watching movies online. =)
