Lazy Sunday

The Weekend Plan - It was a tiring start to my Sunday as I had anticipated, waking up at 10 when I slept at 4am. Somehow I managed to survive and attend my colleague Felise's wedding lunch at Mandarin Orchard despite feeling a little grumpy...the food wasn't too bad, the shark's fin soup being exceptionally good and the mango pomelo sago thingy was decent too...=)

Anyway, the whole thing ended around 4 plus and I made way home straight. Dinner was a simple affair at Cafe@The Frontier with Kb - roti pratas!
If you do not know by now, this cafe, located inside Jurong West library, serves pretty good prata for neighbourhood standard. I suspect either they use butter as oil for the prata or the oil is mixed with butter, either way the prata has a real fragrance to it.
My dinner..

So, the next time if you do drop by Boon Lay, you might want to give it a try. It opens from 9am to 10pm daily.

Anyway, I spent some time with KB shopping at NTUC Xtra at Jurong Point when this thing caught my eye:
Pretty cool isn't it? It's Scrabble - Chocolate Edition! The packaging is similar to the actual Scrabble set and i think at $18.95, it makes a pretty interesting Xmas gift. But anyway I did not get it but instead got KB a new addition to my family - CheeStitch! (FYI, all my children have names beginning with Chee for some reason...)
KB with CheeStitch =)

CheeStitch made me $35 poorer but it made Monday a lighter shade of blue for my girl so I guess it's worth it..

Anyway, the weekend has just flashed by and it's back to work on Monday again!
