Two more days and it's Christmas and I think the Christmas weekend plan is up.
24th's a half day again for me and I'd probably do some last minute Xmas shopping and hang around Bugis till I meet Peony mates for Xmas steamboat buffet dinner at 7th Storey Steamboat.
Salad has brilliantly pre-book way in advance so we are a sure-in for the steamboat, it's the programme after that's tricky.
Cousin Robin's has opened up his house for a family gathering but after some thought, I'm not gonna go through the same experience of being stranded in the eastern part of Singapore and flag for a midnight over-charged taxi only for my 4th Uncle to pick us up and graciously send us home. So, that options out and since I'll be with Peony mates, looks like we'll be hanging out together for the countdown and I think we might end up at Peony Palace for a big poker event depending on the number of people. Sounds good to me if you ask me. I'd prefer a cost gathering then to squeeze through the crowd.
Anyway before Christmas approaches, it's the 23rd today and my 7th year anniversary with KB! Awesome!
I've gotten her a gift for the anniversary-cum-Christmas (budget la) and I'm absolutely sure she'll love the gift as well as touched by it. I spent weeks deliberating on this gift and am I glad I got it. For KB deserves it and she deserves the best that I can offer.
